PRT Social Science Teacher Position at City Public School, Manpur
We are looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher (PRT) Social Science to join City Public School, Manpur, teaching students in the relevant grade levels. This role requires a graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification and at least three years of teaching experience in Social Science. The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, depending on qualifications and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging Social Science lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum, ensuring age-appropriate learning outcomes. Develop lesson plans that incorporate historical events, geography, economics, and civic awareness, tailored to the students’ understanding levels.
Teach fundamental concepts such as Indian history, world geography, basic economics, and democratic governance in a structured yet interactive manner. Use visual aids, group discussions, and real-world examples to make the subject relatable and impactful.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and practical assignments. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and participation in Social Science topics.
Collaborate with the school’s management to ensure smooth integration of Social Science into the broader academic program. Maintain discipline and create a supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore and discuss social issues.
Engage with parents through periodic updates and workshops to foster a strong connection between home and school in Social Science education. Ensure compliance with all school policies and teaching standards while contributing to the school’s educational goals.
