Qualifications and Experience
A postgraduate degree in English or a related field is essential for this role. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, with a preference for candidates who have passed TET/CTET exams.
At least four years of teaching experience, preferably in a high school or equivalent setting, is required. Familiarity with CBSE or state board curricula is advantageous.
Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.
