The role requires a post‑graduate in Physics and a minimum of two years teaching experience. Candidates will be responsible for delivering high‑quality physics instruction to secondary students.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging physics lessons that align with the state curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and assessment tools to support student learning.
- Conduct practical sessions, ensuring safety protocols and effective use of laboratory resources.
- Evaluate student performance through quizzes, exams, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records for each student.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and professional development activities.
- Collaborate with teachers across subjects to integrate interdisciplinary learning where appropriate.
- Mentor and support junior staff, sharing best practices and instructional strategies.
- Contribute to school events, science fairs, and extracurricular activities related to physics.
Qualifications and Experience
- Post‑graduate degree in Physics.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory.
Compensation and Location
- Salary: Rs.35,000 – Rs.60,000 per month.
- Position based in Madhubani, Bihar.
