Job Description
PRT Mathematics Teacher Responsibilities
Teach Mathematics to students in Class I to V at K D M Public School, ensuring alignment with the Bihar Board curriculum. Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning levels, using visual aids and practical examples where necessary.
Assess student progress through weekly homework, quizzes, and periodic exams, providing clear feedback to help them improve. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance in the school’s digital and physical records.
Work closely with the Mathematics coordinator to review teaching methods, share best practices, and adapt lesson plans based on student feedback. Ensure classroom discipline while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum three years of teaching experience in Mathematics at the primary level preferred but not mandatory.
A valid TET or CTET certificate is highly recommended but not mandatory for this role. Experience in teaching students from Class I to V in a government or private school setting is advantageous.
Employment and Compensation Details
This is a full-time position based in Madhubani, Bihar, with a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000. The role includes standard teaching hours and responsibilities as outlined above.
