PRT Physical Education Teacher Position at Calcutta Public School | Rahika, Madhubani
Calcutta Public School | Rahika seeks a dedicated PRT Physical Education Teacher to inspire young minds in Madhubani through dynamic sports and fitness programs. This role focuses on shaping active, healthy students while aligning with the school’s holistic growth approach.
Plan and conduct daily Physical Education classes, ensuring age-appropriate activities like games, athletics, and team sports. Develop and implement curriculum-based lessons that promote physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline. Monitor student participation, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to encourage engagement. Collaborate with the school administration to organize inter-house competitions, sports days, and extracurricular sports events. Maintain equipment, gym facilities, and sports infrastructure to ensure safety and readiness for all activities. Foster a positive sports culture by motivating students and addressing behavioral challenges related to physical activity.
Hold a graduate degree in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in Physical Education or related subjects, is essential. Knowledge of local sports and community engagement would be an added advantage.
This full-time position offers a monthly salary of Rs.16,000 to Rs.30,000, based on qualifications and experience, in Madhubani, Bihar.
