Assess student performance through assignments, practical exams, and project work, providing constructive feedback and grades.
Maintain the art department’s inventory of supplies, ensuring materials are safe and readily available for classroom activities.
Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary projects, integrating Fine Arts with subjects such as History or Literature when appropriate.
Qualifications
Post‑graduate degree in Fine Arts or related discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory.
TET / CTET qualification preferred.
Preferred Attributes
Strong command over various art mediums and techniques.
Ability to inspire creativity and critical thinking among adolescents.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English for effective classroom interaction.
Familiarity with organizing art exhibitions and cultural programs at the school level.
