Mentor senior students to take on leadership roles in team management, fostering peer coaching and responsibility.
Prepare and manage the annual sports budget, ensuring optimal utilisation of resources while adhering to financial guidelines.
Organise workshops, guest coaching sessions and health awareness camps to enhance the sporting culture within the campus.
Ensure compliance with local sports regulations and safety protocols, conducting risk assessments for all activities.
Experience & Qualifications
A graduate degree in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in managing school sports programmes or related extracurricular activities.
Preferably holds a B.Ed or D.El.Ed and has cleared TET/CTET, though this is not mandatory for the administrative focus of the role.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate events and handle budgets in an educational setting.
Compensation
The position offers a salary ranging from Rs.20,000 to Rs.32,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
