Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily lesson plans aligned with the CBSE Business Studies syllabus for senior secondary levels. Use case studies from local businesses in Samastipur to explain principles of marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship. Organise monthly group projects where students analyse real enterprises from the district, improving both knowledge and presentation skills.
Conduct weekly tests and mock exams to track progress, providing individual feedback within 48 hours. Maintain accurate attendance and assessment records in the school’s digital system to support transparent reporting. Collaborate with the commerce department to organise field visits to nearby markets or banks, giving students direct exposure to business operations.

What Makes You a Fit
You should have a strong grasp of CBSE Business Studies curriculum and exam patterns for Classes 11 and 12. Experience using smart classrooms and digital tools like Excel for financial calculations will be an advantage. Familiarity with local commerce trends in Bihar will help you relate lessons to students’ lived experiences.

The package includes government-mandated benefits such as PF, ESI, and paid leave as per school norms.
