About This Role
We are seeking an experienced PRT Art And Craft Teacher to join our faculty team at City Central School in Samastipur, Bihar. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching art and craft to students from grades I to X. The ideal candidate should have a passion for art and craft education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging lesson plans.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans for art and craft classes
- Create a conducive learning environment that encourages creativity and innovation
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare and deliver art and craft materials to students
- Organize art exhibitions and displays to showcase student work
- Maintain student records and attendance
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop cross-curricular activities
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school events
- Develop and implement art and craft curriculum for the school
Who Can Apply
Applicants must possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree in art and craft education. A TET or CTET certification is desirable but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in art and craft education. They should also be comfortable working in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
