Key Responsibilities
1. Teach Social Science subjects to students from classes VI to X, designing engaging lesson plans and activities to promote active learning.
2. Develop and implement assessment strategies to evaluate student progress and identify areas of improvement.
3. Foster parent-teacher relationships to keep guardians informed about their child's progress and engage them in the learning process.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute interdisciplinary projects and activities.
5. Utilize technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences for students.
6. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to promote social and cultural awareness.
7. Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Required Qualifications
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution.
* Strong understanding of Social Science curriculum and pedagogy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
