Job Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students in classes 1-8
• Prepare and implement lesson plans to meet the needs of students with varying learning abilities
• Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
• Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
• Develop and implement Mathematics curriculum in accordance with the school's vision
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive curriculum
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
• Provide support to students with special needs
• Use technology to enhance teaching and learning
Qualifications and Experience
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
* 2 years of experience in teaching Mathematics in a school setting
* TET or CTET certification preferred
* Strong knowledge of Mathematics curriculum and pedagogy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills that Matter
* Strong subject matter expertise in Mathematics
* Ability to create engaging lesson plans
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work with students of varying learning abilities
* Strong organizational and time management skills
