Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Hindi lessons in accordance with the school curriculum, ensuring concepts are explained clearly and engagingly.
Prepare teaching aids, worksheets and assessments that cater to diverse learning abilities.
Evaluate student performance through regular tests, projects and oral examinations, and maintain accurate records.
Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents during meetings or through written reports.
Collaborate with the Hindi department and other faculty members for curriculum alignment and school events.
Participate in staff development programmes and school activities as required.
Desired Skills
Strong command of Hindi language, literature and grammar.
Ability to manage a classroom of 30‑40 students and maintain discipline.
Effective communication skills for interaction with students, parents and colleagues.
Proficiency in using basic ICT tools for lesson preparation and assessment.
