Providing constructive feedback and helping students improve their performance is essential. Collaborating with other teachers to align Mathematics curriculum with school-wide academic goals is also important. Participating in school events and extracurricular activities related to Mathematics, such as science fairs or competitions, helps reinforce learning beyond the classroom.
Periodic responsibilities include preparing and reviewing annual lesson plans to ensure alignment with school and state curriculum standards. Organizing and participating in departmental meetings to discuss teaching strategies and student performance trends is also part of the role.
