NTT English Teacher Job in Bastar, Chhattisgarh | School Recruitment
Ham Academy Higher Secondary School in Jagdalpur, Bastar, invites applications for an NTT English Teacher position. Collaborating with other NTTs to share teaching strategies and resources is also part of the role. Additionally, the teacher will participate in weekly planning meetings with the English faculty to refine lesson plans and curriculum delivery.
Periodic responsibilities include organizing weekly language workshops or fun English activities to boost student interest. The teacher may also conduct parent-teacher interactions to discuss student progress and address any learning gaps. Preparing and submitting termly progress reports for students is another key responsibility, ensuring parents and the school administration stay informed about academic development.
To qualify for this position, a graduate degree is required, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Teaching experience of at least two years is preferred, though not mandatory for this role. A passion for teaching English in a rural setting and familiarity with local educational practices would be highly beneficial. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it would be an asset for this role.
