Assessment Design
Develop formative and summative assessments that accurately reflect student understanding. Incorporate rubrics and feedback mechanisms to guide improvement.
Student Progress Tracking
Maintain detailed records of student performance. Analyze data to identify trends, intervene early, and report progress to stakeholders.
Professional Collaboration
Participate in departmental meetings, contribute to curriculum development, and share best practices with colleagues.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred; TET/CTET not mandatory. Minimum three years of teaching experience in a school setting.
Compensation
Salary range: Rs.18,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
