This full-time role offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000, with a strong emphasis on fostering cultural and linguistic growth in the region.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Hindi or a related discipline, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Two years of teaching experience are preferred, though not mandatory for this role.
Core Responsibilities
The primary focus of this position is delivering high-quality Hindi instruction across various academic levels. You will design and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, ensuring students develop fluency, grammar, and creative expression in the language. Daily classroom teaching, including interactive sessions, assignments, and assessments, will be a core duty.
Additional duties may include collaborating with the school’s curriculum team to refine Hindi teaching methodologies. Participation in school-wide events, such as poetry recitals or cultural fairs, could also fall under your responsibilities, depending on institutional needs.
Supporting Roles
Beyond direct teaching, you may assist in organizing language workshops or extracurricular activities focused on Hindi literature and culture. Maintaining parent-teacher communication to support student progress is also part of your role. Any administrative tasks related to student records or departmental coordination will be handled as required.
