TGT Social Science Teacher Position at Aadharshila Vidya Mandir, Bilaspur
Aadharshila Vidya Mandir in Bilaspur seeks a dedicated TGT Social Science Teacher to inspire students with engaging lessons in history, geography, economics, and political science. Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver engaging lessons in Social Science, covering history, geography, economics, and political science.
2. Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, syllabus-based teaching materials, and interactive classroom activities.
3. Assess student understanding through quizzes, projects, and continuous evaluation to ensure academic growth.
4. Maintain a positive classroom environment, encourage participation, and address individual student needs.
5. Collaborate with the school management to implement curriculum updates and align teaching methods with state education standards.
6. Supervise extracurricular activities related to social awareness, debate clubs, or model elections to enhance learning beyond textbooks.
7. Keep records of student progress, attendance, and conduct as per school policies.
8. Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and workshops to strengthen the school-community connection.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Social Science or related subjects along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of two years of teaching experience in Social Science at the secondary level is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for career advancement.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.35,000 per month, with Bilaspur serving as the location.
