Collaborate with the principal and subject coordinators to design and implement innovative teaching methods, including project-based learning and field trips. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress reports as per Vidhya Kunj School’s policies. Attend school meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to stay updated on educational trends and best practices.
Qualification
Hold a postgraduate degree in Biology or a related field with a minimum of four years of teaching experience. Possession of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for school-level appointments. A valid TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Experience
Proven experience as a PGT Biology Teacher in a similar academic setting, preferably in a school with a focus on science education. Familiarity with school administration, curriculum development, and student mentorship is highly valued. Experience in creating interactive teaching aids or using digital tools for biology instruction is a plus.
