Delhi Public School, Dhamtari seeks a dedicated PRT Hindi Teacher to join its Nagri campus and inspire young minds through engaging Hindi teaching. This role is ideal for someone passionate about language development, cultural enrichment, and fostering a love for Hindi among students in Class I to V. The PRT Hindi Teacher will report directly to the Hindi Department Head, ensuring smooth coordination with curriculum planning and classroom activities. Core Duties
Teaching Hindi grammar, vocabulary, and literature to students from Class I to V with clarity and enthusiasm. Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans that incorporate regional Hindi dialects and cultural themes relevant to Dhamtari’s heritage.
Creating and maintaining a supportive classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and linguistic confidence. Assisting in organizing school events, competitions, and cultural festivals where Hindi language and literature take center stage.
Collaborating with other teachers to ensure cohesive curriculum delivery and supporting students who may require additional language support. Keeping updated on latest teaching methodologies in Hindi education and adapting them to meet evolving academic standards.
Qualification and Experience
Holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with a postgraduate qualification in Hindi as a subject. Minimum three years of teaching experience in Hindi at the primary school level is essential.
Experience in teaching Hindi to students from diverse backgrounds is a strong asset. Familiarity with TET/CTET guidelines is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
Compensation and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.20,000 to Rs.32,000. The position is based in Nagri, Dhamtari, Chhattisgarh, offering a conducive environment for teaching and personal growth.
