Responsibilities
- Design and deliver curriculum‑aligned physics lessons for classes XI and XII, ensuring clarity of concepts and practical relevance.
- Prepare and maintain laboratory safety protocols, supervise experiments, and provide hands‑on guidance to students.
- Develop assessment materials, including quizzes, assignments, and examination papers, and evaluate student performance accurately.
- Use a variety of instructional technologies and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide individualized support to students, identifying learning gaps and recommending remedial strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Maintain detailed attendance and progress records in accordance with school policies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum review sessions.
- Contribute to the preparation of annual school reports and parent‑teacher meetings.
- Uphold the school’s values of academic excellence, discipline, and holistic development in all interactions.
Qualification, experience, salary, location
Post‑graduate in Physics (M.Sc or equivalent) with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Minimum of 4 years teaching experience at the PGT level. Salary ranges from Rs.25,000 to Rs.45,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications. Full‑time position located in Korba, Chhattisgarh at Jain Public School | Korba.
