Physics Wallah Vidyapeeth & Pathshala Centre in Korba is seeking a dedicated PRT English Teacher to inspire young learners with engaging English language instruction. This role focuses on shaping students’ communication skills, literacy, and cultural understanding through interactive lessons. The selected candidate will teach English to students in the school’s primary classes, fostering confidence and fluency in a supportive academic environment.
The PRT English Teacher will design age-appropriate lesson plans that blend grammar, vocabulary, and creative writing. Daily classroom activities will include storytelling, reading aloud, and group discussions to enhance comprehension and expression. The teacher must also monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to curriculum standards. Participation in school events and extracurricular activities related to English, such as debates or poetry recitals, will be encouraged to enrich the learning experience.
Candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and at least three years of teaching experience in English are preferred. A graduate background with a passion for English literature, grammar, and pedagogy is essential. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about working with young learners and committed to creating a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth within the institution.
