Role Summary
This is a senior-level English teaching role at Andhra Education Society in Chanakya Puri, Central Delhi. What You Will Do
You will own the NTT English curriculum from Nursery to Upper Kindergarten, aligning it with CBSE Early Years guidelines. Daily planning includes phonics, storytelling, vocabulary building, and writing readiness activities tailored to young learners. You will set term-wise learning outcomes and track progress through informal observations and simple checklists.
At Andhra Education Society, you will conduct demonstration lessons for junior English teachers and provide constructive feedback on classroom delivery. You will collaborate with the HOD to create monthly English activity calendars and resource kits for teachers. Monitoring student portfolios every two weeks will ensure continuity in learning across sections.
You will prepare students for inter-school English festivals and recitation events held in Central Delhi. Regular parent meetings will keep families informed about their child’s early literacy milestones. You will also assist in compiling quarterly English progress reports for the management.
Eligibility Criteria
You must be a graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized Indian institution. Minimum three years of full-time English teaching experience in NTT or early primary classes is required. TET or CTET is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in spoken and written English along with familiarity with phonics-based teaching methods is essential. Experience with CBSE Early Years framework or similar international early years curricula is preferred. Working knowledge of Delhi government school norms will be helpful.
Learning and Development
The school supports leadership growth through in-house mentoring and external workshops in Delhi. You will attend English teaching seminars organized by SCERT Delhi and CBSE resource persons. There will be opportunities to lead teacher-training sessions within Andhra Education Society.

What You Get
