What You Will Do
The NTT Hindi Teacher will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students from Classes VI to XII, preparing them for the board exams. Key responsibilities include:
* Designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
* Assessing student progress and providing feedback to improve their language skills
* Coaching students for Hindi board exams, including preparation of sample papers and mock tests
* Conducting regular parent-teacher meetings to keep parents informed about their child's progress
* Collaborating with other teachers to ensure a cohesive and well-rounded curriculum
* Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods to improve student engagement
* Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and development
* Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of the school's Hindi curriculum

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications and experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related subject from a recognized university
* B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution
* Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching Hindi to students of Classes VI to XII
* TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other teachers
* Familiarity with the Delhi curriculum and assessment requirements
