PGT Political Science Teacher Job in Central Delhi, Delhi | School Recruitment
Bjs Public School in Chanakya Puri, Central Delhi, is seeking an experienced PGT Political Science Teacher to join their dynamic academic team. This role demands deep subject knowledge and the ability to shape young minds through engaging lessons that connect theory with real-world relevance. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering critical thinking among students as they explore India’s political landscape, governance structures, and contemporary issues.
Designing well-structured lesson plans is essential for this position. You’ll create sessions that balance theoretical concepts with practical examples, ensuring students grasp complex topics like constitutional frameworks, political parties, and public policy. Curriculum alignment will be key—your plans must seamlessly integrate with Bjs Public School’s broader educational goals while adapting to diverse student needs.
Assessment design will be a core responsibility. Beyond traditional exams, you’ll develop innovative methods to evaluate understanding—such as debates, case studies, or role-play exercises. These assessments will not only test knowledge but also encourage analytical skills and civic awareness. Your approach should reflect the school’s emphasis on holistic development, where students learn to apply political science principles in everyday life.
Tracking student progress is equally vital. Regular feedback sessions, progress reports, and collaborative discussions with the teaching team will help identify strengths and areas for improvement. At Bjs Public School, we believe in nurturing every student’s potential, so your ability to monitor growth and adjust teaching methods will make a lasting impact. This role requires patience, adaptability, and a passion for shaping future citizens through political education.
The Political Science Teacher Recruitment in Delhi at Bjs Public School offers a competitive salary of Rs.40,000 to Rs.65,000 per month, along with opportunities to contribute to a vibrant academic community. Your experience in teaching Political Science at the PGT level will be valued, especially if you’ve worked with students in Central Delhi’s diverse educational environment. If you’re ready to combine subject expertise with innovative teaching strategies, this is the chance to make a meaningful difference.
