What You Will Do
- Conduct classes for students of Class XI and XII, teaching them Accountancy concepts and preparing them for Board Exams.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement the Accountancy curriculum.
- Conduct extra classes for students who need additional support or require special attention.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote Accountancy education and awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Accountancy education and implement them in the classroom.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree from a recognized university.
- Post-graduate degree in Commerce or a related field.
- TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
