This full‑time position is ideal for a professional with a post‑graduate degree in Biology and a minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a school environment. Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver engaging biology lessons for classes 6 to 8, aligning with the state curriculum.
2. Assess student progress through tests, projects, and lab experiments, providing constructive feedback.
3. Prepare detailed lesson plans and resource materials, ensuring clarity and relevance.
4. Facilitate practical sessions, maintaining safety protocols and lab equipment.
5. Mentor students in science clubs and inter‑school competitions, fostering interest in biology.
6. Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary learning and school initiatives.
7. Participate in faculty meetings, training workshops, and curriculum review sessions.
8. Maintain accurate attendance records and report student performance to the principal.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in Biology, B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory. B.Ed/D.El.Ed required for teaching positions; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Proven ability to use modern teaching aids and technology in biology instruction. Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential.
Salary and Location
Rs.25,000 - Rs.50,000 per month. Preet Vihar, East Delhi, Delhi.
