Maintain discipline and motivate students to participate actively.
Collaborate with colleagues on inter-house competitions and projects.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to department planning.
Prepare students for board exams and competitive tests.
Report progress to parents during PTMs.
What you need
Postgraduate degree in Chemistry with minimum 55% marks.
B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification required.
Three years of Chemistry teaching experience in a school.
Familiarity with CBSE guidelines for Chemistry teaching.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local language preferred.
Skills that matter
Strong grasp of NCERT Chemistry syllabus.
Ability to simplify complex chemical concepts.
Classroom management and student engagement skills.
Experience with lab equipment and safety protocols.
Basic computer skills for digital resources.
