TGT English Teacher Job in East Delhi, Delhi | School Recruitment
Role Summary
Mother Global School in Preet Vihar, East Delhi is hiring a full-time TGT English Teacher to handle classes from VI to VIII. The role focuses on delivering structured English lessons, building vocabulary, and improving grammar and writing skills among middle school students.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver daily English lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum for grades VI to VIII.
Prepare teaching aids such as charts, flashcards, and audio-visual content for better engagement.
Conduct regular assessments including unit tests, quizzes, and monthly reviews to track progress.
Organize classroom activities like debates, elocution, and group discussions to enhance spoken English.
Provide individual attention to students facing difficulties in comprehension or expression.
Maintain updated records of attendance, lesson plans, and student performance reports.
Collaborate with co-teachers during PTMs and school events to ensure holistic development.
Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions as scheduled by the school.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have
Postgraduate degree in English with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in English for middle school students.
Valid teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school preferred for the English Teacher Vacancy in East Delhi.
Good to Have
CTET/TET qualified teachers will be given preference for the English Teacher Job in East Delhi.
Experience in designing lesson plans and assessments for middle school English curriculum.
Skills We Value
Fluency in spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and grammar skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in simple language for young learners.
