You will also participate in parent-teacher meetings, explaining progress in simple terms and offering practical guidance. Community engagement is key—organizing local visits, cultural exchanges, or awareness talks that connect learning to real life.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred, with at least 2 years of classroom experience. Familiarity with Delhi’s school culture and an understanding of diverse student needs will help you thrive.
