What You Will Do
Prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum for Classes 11 and 12.
Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students.
Organize and supervise mathematics-related activities such as quizzes, Olympiads, and inter-house competitions.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and enhance student learning outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and address concerns.
Incorporate technology and innovative teaching methods to make mathematics more accessible and enjoyable.
Contribute to the school’s academic planning and curriculum enrichment initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks from a recognized university.
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with specialization in Mathematics.
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
Valid CTET/TET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and parents.
Patience and creativity to explain complex mathematical concepts in simple terms.
Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in mathematics.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
