Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute curriculum‑aligned lessons, incorporating practical experiments and modern teaching aids.
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and mock tests, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Maintain a safe and inspiring laboratory environment, ensuring all equipment is used responsibly.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and parent‑teacher conferences.
Qualifications
- Post‑graduate degree in Physics or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred.
- Strong command of physics concepts and ability to translate them into clear, student‑friendly language.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of teaching experience at the secondary level, with a proven track record of improving student performance in physics.
Salary
Rs.40,000 – Rs.50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
