As a Mathematics teacher at Savanu International School, you will be responsible for teaching Mathematics to students in grades 1-10. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons for grades 1-10
- Create and implement Mathematics curricula that cater to different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide Mathematics initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Communicate with parents and guardians about student performance
- Participate in school events and activities that promote Mathematics education
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Mathematics education and pedagogy
- Contribute to the development of Mathematics resources and materials for the school
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree
- TET/CTET certification preferred but not mandatory
- 2 years of experience in teaching Mathematics
- Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
