Yuvashakti Model School in Rohini, North West Delhi, is seeking an enthusiastic NTT English Teacher to join their vibrant academic community. Core Duties
Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and deliver high-quality English lessons tailored to NTT students’ cognitive levels, incorporating storytelling, debates, and creative writing to enhance comprehension and fluency. Use age-appropriate materials, including textbooks, multimedia resources, and interactive activities to maintain student engagement.
Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct regular formative assessments through quizzes, projects, and oral presentations to gauge progress. Prepare detailed feedback reports for students and parents, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement while aligning with NTT’s selection criteria.
Student Development: Act as a mentor, encouraging students to participate in extracurricular activities like poetry recitals, essay competitions, and public speaking events. Collaborate with the school’s talent search committee to ensure students meet eligibility standards for national scholarships.
Curriculum Support: Assist in reviewing and updating teaching resources to reflect current educational trends and align with the latest CBSE guidelines. Participate in departmental meetings to discuss pedagogical strategies and student performance trends.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a strong foundation in English language teaching. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school setting, is essential. Familiarity with NTT program requirements and CBSE syllabus is highly beneficial.
Compensation and Location
