- Monitor and analyze board results, identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and understanding of the subject.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote learning.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to education.
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and activities to promote a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to the Hindi department.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required by the school administration.
Required Qualifications
- A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this role.
- A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in Hindi at the secondary or senior secondary level is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with NET or SET qualifications in Hindi.
- Strong subject knowledge, teaching skills, and leadership qualities are essential for this role.
