Role and Daily Responsibilities
Teach Hindi as a second language to students in classes from Grade I to XII at Rukmini Devi Public School. Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the CBSE curriculum, focusing on grammar, literature, and communication skills.
Deliver structured classes with clear explanations, interactive exercises, and practical examples to enhance student understanding. Use age-appropriate teaching methods to keep students motivated and improve their fluency in Hindi.
Monitor student progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and homework to identify areas needing extra attention. Provide timely feedback to help students strengthen their language skills effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hindi or a related field as a minimum qualification. Possess either a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree for formal teaching roles in schools.
Three years of teaching experience, preferably in Hindi or a similar language subject, is essential. Experience working with diverse student backgrounds will be an added advantage.
