Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and deliver daily Hindi lessons using age-appropriate songs, rhymes, and activities that align with the NTT framework. Prepare teaching-learning materials like flashcards, charts, and audio clips to reinforce listening and speaking skills.
Differentiate instruction for learners at varying readiness levels, using simple sentences, gestures, and repetition to ensure every child participates. Provide one-on-one support during circle time and centre-based activities to build confidence in spoken Hindi.
Maintain clean, child-friendly classrooms and organise Hindi corners with age-appropriate books and puppets. Record daily observations to track progress and share feedback with parents during informal interactions.
Prepare weekly planning sheets and submit them to the coordinator for review. Attend staff meetings and Hindi curriculum workshops to stay updated on teaching strategies and resources.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must be graduates with a minimum of two years of teaching experience in early childhood or primary settings. A D.El.Ed or B.Ed degree is required; TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
