Job Overview

What You Will Do
Plan and deliver age-appropriate Hindi lessons aligned with the NTT curriculum, ensuring clear progression from Nursery to Class V.
Design monthly unit plans, worksheets, and audio-visual aids that keep young learners engaged in Hindi.
Monitor student progress through monthly assessments and provide constructive feedback to parents during PTMs.
Collaborate with the English and EVS teams to integrate storytelling and poetry across subjects.
Prepare students for inter-school Hindi recitation and essay competitions held in Rohini and nearby areas.
Mentor two junior Hindi teachers, conduct demo lessons, and share feedback to improve classroom delivery.
Analyze quarterly Hindi results across sections and recommend corrective strategies to the academic coordinator.
Organize Hindi Diwas events, cultural assemblies, and special assemblies showcasing student work.
Maintain a resource corner with graded readers, flash cards, and phonics charts for Nursery to Class II.
Who Can Apply
Graduate in any discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
Minimum two years of teaching Hindi to NTT classes in Delhi-NCR schools.
TET or CTET qualification is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.
Familiarity with CBSE primary Hindi textbooks and continuous evaluation methods preferred.
