5. Collaborate with fellow teachers to coordinate interdisciplinary projects and school events.
6. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and curriculum reviews.
7. Mentor and guide junior teachers and teaching assistants in effective instructional strategies.
8. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
