Role Introduction
Gitarattan International Business School, Delhi invites a PGT Botany Teacher to join its faculty in Rohini, North West Delhi. The position focuses on delivering comprehensive Botany instruction to secondary students and supporting curriculum development within the school’s science program.

Daily Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging Botany lessons aligned with the state syllabus.
- Conduct laboratory sessions, ensuring safety protocols and proper use of equipment.
- Assess student work and provide timely feedback to foster learning growth.
- Maintain accurate attendance and lesson records for each class.

Regular Responsibilities Across the Academic Cycle
- Participate in weekly subject coordination meetings to align teaching strategies.
- Design and update assessment tools, including quizzes and practical tests.
- Mentor junior teachers on effective Botany teaching methods and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with the school’s science department to integrate interdisciplinary projects.

Periodic Responsibilities
- Organize and supervise field trips to botanical gardens or research sites, enriching practical learning.
- Lead the annual science fair, coordinating Botany displays and student presentations.
- Contribute to the development of the school’s annual curriculum review for the Botany curriculum.

Qualification and Experience
- Master’s degree in Botany or related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed required; TET/CTET preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the PGT level in a secondary school setting.

Salary and Location
Competitive salary ranging from Rs.40,000 to Rs.70,000 per month. Position based in Rohini, North West Delhi, Delhi, under the full-time employment framework of Gitarattan International Business School, Delhi.
