PGT Computer Science Teacher Position at Pp International School in Rohini, Delhi
This role is for a qualified Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) of Computer Science to join Pp International School in Rohini, North West Delhi. You will be responsible for leading Computer Science education at the senior secondary level, shaping students’ technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
In this position, you will design and deliver advanced Computer Science lessons, covering topics like programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and emerging technologies. Your duties will include lesson planning, classroom instruction, and assessing student progress through practical projects and exams. You’ll also mentor students in coding competitions, robotics clubs, and tech-based extracurricular activities where relevant.
To qualify, you must hold a postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. While not mandatory, holding a TET/CTET certificate will be an advantage. Your teaching experience in Computer Science, particularly at the senior secondary level, is essential.
For this role, you should have at least three years of teaching experience, preferably in a school environment where you’ve developed curricula, managed student projects, and fostered technical engagement. Experience in integrating modern tools like Python, Java, or AI concepts would be particularly valuable.
