PGT Computer Science Teacher Job in North West Delhi, Delhi | School Recruitment
Responsibilities
The PGT Computer Science Teacher will deliver the NCERT‑aligned Computer Science curriculum to classes IX‑XII at Rukmini Devi Public School, Rohini. Lesson plans must incorporate practical labs, coding projects and regular assessments to build problem‑solving skills. Conduct co‑curricular activities such as coding clubs, inter‑school tech fests and guide students for state‑level competitions. Maintain classroom discipline, update progress reports and collaborate with senior staff for interdisciplinary projects. Participate in parent‑teacher meetings and school events to showcase student achievements in technology.
Qualification
Candidates must hold a post‑graduate degree in Computer Science or related stream along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Preference is given to those who have cleared TET/CTET. Relevant certifications in programming or ICT tools are an added advantage.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school setting is required. Experience in teaching both theory and practical modules, as well as handling computer labs, will be valued.
Salary and Employment Type
The position offers a salary range of Rs.42,000 - Rs.70,000 per month on a full‑time basis.
