Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in English or related field is mandatory. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required for teaching positions; TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory. The candidate should possess strong command over English literature, language skills and pedagogical techniques.
Experience
A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience at the secondary level is essential. Experience with CBSE or ICSE syllabi and familiarity with modern teaching aids and digital resources will be considered an advantage.
