Periodic Responsibilities
Attend school-wide workshops or training sessions to stay updated on teaching methodologies and educational trends. Organize school events like poetry recitals, essay competitions, or literary clubs to encourage student participation. Submit periodic reports on student performance and classroom observations to the principal or department head.
Qualification and Experience
Hold a postgraduate degree in English or a related field. Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) with at least four years of teaching experience. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, a valid teaching certification is highly beneficial. Strong command over English grammar, vocabulary, and current language trends is essential.
Salary and Location
