Your role at The Mann School will be hands-on and dynamic. You’ll plan and conduct daily physical education classes, ensuring activities align with their age and skill levels. Organizing inter-house sports events and tournaments will bring students together, fostering camaraderie and fair competition. You’ll also mentor younger students, guiding them in basic sports like cricket, basketball, and athletics. Teaching health education, including nutrition and fitness basics, will help them understand the importance of a balanced lifestyle. Maintaining records of student participation and progress is part of your duty, ensuring every child’s growth is tracked. Collaborating with other teachers to integrate physical education into broader curriculum goals will keep your work meaningful. Preparing and maintaining equipment like balls, bats, and sports kits will keep lessons practical and engaging.
