About This Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced TGT English Teacher to join our faculty at Jai Mann Public School in Rohini, North West Delhi, Delhi. As a TGT English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English to students from grades 6 to 10 and will be an integral part of our English Teacher Recruitment in Delhi efforts.
Teaching Approach
At Jai Mann Public School, we follow a student-centered approach to English teaching. Our English teaching methodology focuses on developing the reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills of our students. We encourage our students to think critically and creatively, and to express themselves effectively in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and teach English lessons to students from grades 6 to 10.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their English skills.
- Use a variety of teaching aids, including textbooks, audio-visual materials, and digital resources, to make English learning more effective.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement English language curriculum.
- Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings to keep parents informed about their child's progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, you must have a B.Ed. degree in English or a related field from a recognized university. A D.El.Ed. degree or CTET/ TET certificate is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits
