As a TGT English Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a love of learning and developing the English language skills of our students in Kanjhawala, North West Delhi.
Who You Will Teach
You will be teaching English to students from diverse learning levels, including Class VI to Class X, in an inclusive classroom setting. Our students come from a variety of backgrounds, and we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where all learners feel valued and supported.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you should have a post-graduate degree in English or a related field. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is also required for this position. While a CTET or TET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to students in Class VI to Class X
- Develop and implement differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Use a range of teaching strategies to promote student engagement and motivation
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Provide support and accommodations for students with special needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement English departmental plans
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in English language instruction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and assessment results
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other events to keep parents informed of student progress

Salary and Benefits
