Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging Mathematics lessons for classes IX‑XII in line with the prescribed syllabus.
- Prepare and evaluate class tests, assignments, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to students.
- Identify learning gaps and offer remedial support or enrichment activities as needed.
- Incorporate use of digital tools and visual aids to make complex concepts accessible.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress reports.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and parent‑teacher interactions.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Uphold school discipline policies and promote a positive learning atmosphere.
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a post‑graduate degree in Mathematics along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Preference is given to those who have cleared TET/CTET.
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a recognized school is required. Experience with modern pedagogical methods and exam preparation will be advantageous.
Salary
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs.24,000 to Rs.40,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
