Job Description
Shri Daulat Ram Public School, a renowned educational institution in Kanjhawala, North West Delhi, Delhi, is seeking an experienced TGT Physics Teacher to join our faculty. As a Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Physics to students of classes 6-12. You will be expected to create and implement engaging lesson plans, conduct practical experiments, and assess student progress.
Pedagogy and Tools
In our Physics Lab at Shri Daulat Ram Public School, we use a variety of practical methods and tools to help students understand complex concepts. Our Physics curriculum is designed to make learning fun and interactive, with a focus on hands-on experiments and activities. We encourage our teachers to be creative and innovative in their approach to teaching Physics.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and teach Physics lessons to students of classes 6-12
- Conduct practical experiments and activities to demonstrate complex concepts
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Develop and implement new and innovative teaching methods
- Maintain a safe and organized Physics Lab
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop cross-curricular activities
- Attend staff meetings and participate in school events
- Participate in staff development programs to improve teaching skills
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress
- Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum
- Supervise students during Physics-related activities and events
Required Qualifications
We require a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. degree in Physics with a post-graduate degree in Physics from a recognized university. TET/CTET is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting is required.
