Day-to-Day Duties
- The incumbent will be responsible for teaching Sanskrit to students from classes VI to XII.
- Curriculum ownership and development, including designing and implementing lesson plans and assessments.
- Mentoring junior staff and providing guidance on teaching methodologies and pedagogical practices.
- Ensuring high academic standards and achieving excellent board results.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with parents and stakeholders.
- Participating in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Maintaining up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure holistic education and student development.
- Representing the school at interschool competitions and events.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, the candidate should possess a postgraduate degree in Sanskrit or a related field, along with a B.Ed. degree. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience is required, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the NET or SET examination. The candidate should be well-versed in teaching Sanskrit to students of different age groups and proficiency levels.
