2. Design and implement assessment tools that reflect student progress and learning objectives.
3. Incorporate local cultural contexts and current events to make content relatable to Rohini students.
4. Maintain accurate attendance, grades, and report cards, submitting them on time to the administration.
5. Participate in curriculum planning meetings, contributing ideas for interdisciplinary projects.
6. Mentor junior teachers and support them in adopting effective teaching strategies.
7. Coordinate with parents and guardians during parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development.
8. Engage in professional development workshops to stay updated on modern Social Science pedagogy.
Qualifications and Experience
Post‑graduate degree in History, Geography, Economics, or related field. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred but not required. Minimum 3 years of classroom teaching experience in a school setting. Demonstrated ability to create interactive lessons and manage diverse student groups.
Salary and Location
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.32,000 per month, based in Rohini, North West Delhi, under the full‑time employment structure at Gitarattan International Business School, Delhi.
